The Juneau Bread Baker! Mr. Stathis got a job the day after arriving in Alaska with just $20 and an old car, and pitching a tent to live in. The Bread Baker....100 loaves of bread baked all by himself every Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday night. Mr. Stathis earned money supporting his College goals. The Fiddlehead Restaurant and Bakery. 1983-1984
"My older brother, Bill, and his friend Pete R. started a Bicycle Repair Company when they were just in high school. This was an invention of theirs they made by putting together pieces from different broken bikes. It worked! You had to be brave to try it!"
On a regular bicycle. "We didn't have video-gaming back then....we loved riding our bikes!"
